De Raphael a Renoir

Un petit apercu de l'expo du moment au National Galleries, Edimbourg, qui offre une rare opportunité de voir des dessins européens (120 au total) s'étalant du 500 ans, allant de la renaissance italienne au XIXeme siecle francais. En exposition on trouve pas moins Raphael, Andrea del Sarto, Rembrandt, Claude Lorrain, Canaletto mais aussi  Ingres, Degas, Manet, Renoir, Cézanne and Gauguin.

Saw this exposition in February at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and it is a very fine collection of drawings.
