Black book

"Black book" est un film du réalisateur Paul Verhoeven qui nous plonge dans les intrigues des réseaux de résistance hollandaise à la fin de la seconde guerre mondiale. C'est un film complexe et plein de rebondissements dans lequel le climat d'insécurité et de dénonciations/traitrise de l'époque ressort très bien.

Un film remarquable qui nous tient en haleine jusqu'au bout.

"Black book" is the story of a young jewish Dutch woman during WWII, who after the destruction of her hiding place and the murder of her entire family, enters in the resistance. This movie shows the climate of mistrust and collaboration of WWII: nothing appears to be completly black or completly white - it is about survival and the humans involved have different shade of grey and blood on their hands.

It is a very enjoyable and gripping movie.
